Meringues

I’ve had so much fun making those meringues.
It’s amazing to see the transformation from an egg white (which is actually quite transparent) to a white foam once you start beating it.
Then add some sugar to the mix and you get a shiny, silky and dense cloud of perfectly white meringue!
Pipe it the way you want on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake it low and slow.
You get beautiful little bites of pure deliciousness!
