My Shaved Carrots Salad

It’s a very simple recipe but oh so tasty!
This dish is vibrant, slightly crunchy and full of flavors.
- Shave the carrots with a mandoline if it’s thin enough for you or just use a veggie peeler!
- Put the shaved carrots in a bowl with some blood orange infused olive oil and some cranberry pear balsamic vinegar from @outrageousoliveoil and mix well.
- Add some salt, pepper, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, ground coriander and black sesame seeds and mix the whole thing together.
Ready to be served😉
